This floor also features a double bedroom with AC, heating, and garden access, a separate bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers a second living room with AC and a Smart TV, along with the remaining bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, AC, and heating. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms—one with a hydro-massage shower and the other with a standard shower and a dressing room. This floor also has an independent bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a gym area for your fitness needs.
For families traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available upon request.

- The AC only emits cold air, but oil heating is available.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
- We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
