"Amazing Birthday Weekend – Modern, Peaceful, and Beautifully Designed I stayed at Chez Hotel in Arlington Heights for my birthday weekend, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is newer, very clean, and about 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, which made it a peaceful escape without the city traffic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The check-in was quick, easy, and very accommodating, which really set the tone for the weekend. The bed was cloud-soft, and the room was spotless. One of my favorite touches was walking through the hallways, it honestly felt like I was in an art exhibit, with beautiful abstract paintings lining the walls on the way to my room. It made the experience feel elevated and thoughtfully designed. The lobby was gorgeous, and the rooftop bar was the perfect place to grab a drink, socialize, and end the night on a high note. I’m so glad I chose Chez Hotel for my celebration. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay near Chicago."

"The bar/restaurant the birch grill or whatever. Is absolutely terrible. Just Terrible. The hotel itself was Fantastic. But that bar is useless and expensive. The cheeseburger was terrible. Came just burger n cheese melted in the microwave on a bun mc Donald’s does better for less. 26$ I’ll never have back before a tip. Just terrible "

"Came for navy graduation , it’s a great area , hotel was clean ,beds was the Best I have slept on in a hotel in a long time .laundry machines $1.25 great priced , didn’t try the food But plenty of restaurants all within 30 second -5 min drive . Pool was pretty clean . Room was great & roomy with a nice couch … coulda used a microwave in the room & no freezer was in the small fridge … but it was still great !!! "

"Helpful, friendly, accommodating staff! The elevator happened to be out the day we checked in, and my mother uses a wheelchair. They worked hard to make finagle bookings so that she had a ground floor room so that she could function. We stayed for several nights around Easter and they did their best to accommodate and help for everything we needed. We were able to rest peacefully and avoid some of the usual issues of budget motels around holiday visits."
