“Bar was packed with what we all love! A plus on service and professionalism. Food was "On Point" we dined in all the places to dine in. Bathrooms need updating in the rooms. Other than pleasant smiles and warm welcomes, I can't say I didnt love it!! ”

“There is currently too much construction going on. The Hard Rock Café Restaurant Staff likes to keep reminding you when the restaurant is about to close, from the Hostess to the Waiter. ”

“The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. ”
