“It’s an amazing place! A historic house in an excellent location with everything you need inside. It doesn’t have a stove, but it has a microwave. Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.”

“the idea of the rental is amazing and it is truly beautiful. It was peaceful, quiet, and we were the only ones there. Unfortunately the property didn’t seem to be cleaned in a while. There were dead cockroaches in the airbnb and in the game room. There was cobwebs all over the airbnb as well as the game room and the gym. The office area room is not actually able to be used like it displays in the photos online. Says you have access to it with the $35 a day and you do not. We wanted to play……

The location was perfect, a short walk from downtown Sanford's resturants,shops and Lake Monroe. All ammenties listed in the discription are available as written, along with safe parking, and great communcation with the owners. The place was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. We will plan on staying again when traveling to Sanford.”
