“We stay at a lot of Hamptons and we liked the location as it is close to the eye surgeon for my wife’s cataracts. There were restaurants in walking distance, a movie theatre and a Publix available. However, I was concerned about the maintenance of the property. One door covering the refrigerator was already broken off and gone. The other door in front on the clothes drawers was hanging by one latch and fell off during our time there. The microwave turntable was broken. And why do you have the……
