“The place was nice and clean. Only issue was two remotes were missing a battery but everything else was fine. Very close and convenient to all Orlando attractions and the convention center too. My only recommendation is if you are use to have a fan in your bedroom. is bring one with you. The only ceiling fan was in living room. That would be a nice upgrade to enhance the stay but I just bought one. They had one small fan in a closet but it was broken so someone probably brought it and left...

“Unfortunately, this condo was filthy. So, I’m not sure if the previous reviews were old or if they have a new cleaning company. Regardless, the grout in the tile floor is dark brown and gross. When we pulled back the covers on the master bed, there were pubic hairs on the sheets and in the guest bed there was a track of lashes that were not ours. The area rug in the living room had someone else’s fingernail clipping so it clearly had not been vacuumed, not to mention the rug itself was filthy....

“Booking our room was very easy.It was the first time I myself had used vrbo. Our host was right there to give me the info I needed and advised me to let her know if there were any problems so she could address them immediately, which was wonderful. The condo was very well stocked with essentials and necessities we needed. The price was very good for everything. “The place was amazing. Clean and quiet. The home is walking distance from the waterpark and pool. Check-in was super easy. Closest to food, publix, and gas. ”
