This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location, the room itself, the food options in and around the hotel, and the parking.

The Lavender Room was clean and furnished. Kelcey was a real gem. She brought our breakfast room service with a smile everyday. Only thing that didn't work well for me was the outlet on the left side of the bed. My plug for my phone charger wouldn't stay in the outlet. The driveway might need a little tending to also. Otherwise everything else was quite nice.

The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S.

Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room. We were on the 1st floor close to the lobby and it was very loud at late hours of the night, at times it almost sounded like t
