“Great view, good staffs”

“Superb :)”

“Overall, it was nice. The breakfast offering was a little bit of a letdown if you arrived too late. Also had to ask two times to get an ancillary room key and couldn’t get a straight answer why it was not available. There was roadwork happening right in front of the property, which is fully understandable. However, my shoes got ruined because there was literally no choice but to walk on the stick tar. I saw guests from neighboring properties being given bags for their shoes so they could walk……

“Some staff members at the hotel’s 25th floor restaurant need to improve their service attitude , they lack proactive service.”

“New and goo service”

“Very nice location and view. Ms Trang is so helpful for recommendations and services. My family had a good time here!”

“The hotel boasts excellent facilities, a prime location, clean and tidy rooms with ample water pressure, friendly and welcoming staff, and reasonable room rates, making it a top choice for travelers to Da Nang.”
