"The house was perfect for hosting a birthday party. The weather was not great and we were able to spread out in the house and enjoy the day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the space was pet friendly. "

"Easy parking, clean rooms, very nice helpful staff, nice little pool area. The mattresses are very bouncy but we slept fine. The breakfast was cereal, fruit, and make-your-own-waffles; if you prefer bacon & eggs, there are nearby places to eat. I’d go back to this place."

"I arrived after 6:00 pm. Office was not staffed. Called a number on the door and finally a person arrived. His iPad wasn’t charge to check my reservation. I waited while he went to my room and changed bedsheets? Finally got my reservations confirmed and given a key to the room. Room was ok. No soap so I used my shampoo to wash up before bedtime. During the night a huge bug was in my sink. It jumped into the shower where I smashed it. I regret staying there. I kept my socks on my feet and in the morning they were filthy from the dirty floor."

"What an awesome place to stay. There were three of us, a couple and friend - the place had plenty of room. We brought our jet skis and were able to go "play" with the manatees just a five minute ride away. The place is beautiful and the fog on the river in the morning is just peaceful. We came to dive and it's in a great central location to hit all the spots! The dryer is super helpful for the wetsuits - perm press gets the job done! It's tucked away where it's nice and quiet but just in just the right place where everything you need is just up the road. Will definitely stay again! "

"This is an older motel that the owners have really fixed up. Rooms clean, beds new and clean, bathrooms redone and clean. Great little deck for sitting just outside your room. Fridge and microwave in room. Only downside—— no counter space in bathroom, one electrical outlet at beds, 1 dresser with tv on it so little counter space there. They need the tv on the wall to give a little more space. Beautiful spot on the river! "
