“Love this hotel I been coming for years now. I only wish the interior pool was for clean by that I meant it need a good pressure wash but anyway it’s always good to come and stay.”

“We got off to a rough start with having bugs in our room on the 6th floor. We had already unpacked so we had to pack up again and get moved a floor higher. The following day the front desk manager call me and wanted to move us again this time to a suite on the eight floor I almost said no because the thought of unpacking again was a turn off for me. However she asked my husband what he wanted to do and he said move of course. So we moved to the suite Wednesday Thursday and Friday night. ……

“Loved the room. It was clean and cozy. I would not recommend for 4 adults for a long stay but it was cozy for our family. The room had everything we needed and the beds were cloud like. The bathroom was nice and even had a few things to use since we forgot our makeup remover. The hotel however was lacking. There was some alarm going off down the hall our whole stay and the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Two of the pools are out of order and the beach access is not well labeled. You……

“Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend.”

“The view of the beach from the balcony couldn’t have been better! We loved being steps away the beach. We took advantage of the cabana service the property offers and are glad we did. The condo was just as described and met our needs. Esperanza was very helpful and prompt with the few questions we had. Can’t wait to return!”
