“Even though my emails from Expedia say I can pay at property. The hotel insisted that their policy is to pay within 7 days. I called the hotel bc my card was being charged 2 days prior to check in. I called and got a very rude staff member at the front desk names Coolie. She told me that if I didn't pay by end of day she would cancel my reservation. It all worked out but was handled very poorly. ”
