“This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again ”

“The host was excellent. These days you so often book a rental that's owned by a corporation and you can't easily get in touch with anyone. That is not the case here. Dylan was super responsive and there were no real issues. This home suited our needs perfectly! We had the maximum guests with two families staying here and it worked perfectly. “Super charming property... Better than the pictures! Easy walking distance to downtown historic McKinney's restaurants and shops. Comfortable lush beds and a well-equipped kitchen.
