Ubicado en el extremo norte de la isla, un poco más allá de las tiendas y restaurantes de Pine Avenue, esta encantadora casa de dos habitaciones y dos baños se encuentra a orillas del lago LaVista y cuenta con un nuevo muelle listo para su navegación o placer de pesca. ¡Viaja por debajo de dos puentes jorobados hacia Tampa Bay y podrás ir a cualquier parte del mundo!

Una caminata rápida de dos cuadras te llevará al maravilloso Bayfront Park, un lugar perfecto para ir a la playa con los niños, o caminar un poco más es el acceso a las playas en Bean Point en el extremo norte de la isla. Entre todo está el famoso Rod & Reel Pier, donde se puede pescar, comer y beber mañana, tarde y noche.

De regreso a casa, encontrará comodidades atractivas y contemporáneas, como una cocina bellamente remodelada y totalmente equipada, baños remodelados y un plano de planta sencillo con dormitorios principales a cada lado de las salas de estar. Un dormitorio cuenta con una cama tamaño king y un baño en suite que comparte el acceso con las áreas públicas del hogar, mientras que el otro cuenta con una cama queen y baño privado en suite. Ambas habitaciones ofrecen a los huéspedes la oportunidad de retirarse y ver sus propios programas de televisión en la privacidad de su habitación. Dumpy house in a good location

We were disappointed in the condition of the house based on the price we paid per night, however the location of the house was very close to all the local shops and restaurants. The house wasn't well maintained, with broken/missing blinds, missing light bulbs, loose faucets, broken toilet paper holder, rotten balcony and stairway wood, broken dishwasher (which was fixed half way through our trip after calling 3 times), broken washer, no light in the refrigerator, broken burner on the stove, holes in the drywall walls and ceilings. The pool was a fiberglass shell with many chipped sections at the bottom and broken tiles along the edge (made it hard to enjoy the pool). The furniture in the home was worn, with only 2 old, plastic Adirondack chairs at the pool. The room in the loft with the 2 twin beds was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Seems as though many of these items were damaged back in August 2023, based on the review from Lissa. When we booked the house, I assumed that many of these items had been fixed. If you bring a boat, make sure you don't have a t-top due to the requirement to go under 2 bridges to get out to the bay. If the house was listed at a lower price, my expectations would have been different and I don't think I would have as many complaints.

Pelican paradise

We stayed on Anna Maria for vacation again this year and we believe we may have found the islands sweet spot. This house on pelican was fantastic. It is a very quiet area, but it is close to so much. Having stayed closer to Pine Avenue, Holmes beach, Bean point, and the piers this location got us in the heart of all of those island hot spots without a lot of traffic or travel time. The house itself is a great layout for anyone staying with Kids or early risers. My wife and I took the Master off the kitchen while the kids were on basically the opposite side of the house. The pool area Is fantastic, and definitely became the focal point of many of our nights. I found myself sitting on the dock looking at the stars, listening to the fish jump, seeing dolphins, and just being amazed that such a place could exist. The beds were comfy, the shower water was warm enough for even my wife which is saying something, the kitchen was up-to-date and well equipped, and there is even a disco party light that lights up the entire second floor with a light show that we at first laughed at, but the kids grew to love and so did we. We had nothing to request Maintenance for, but I did speak with the office pre booking and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was. We have been to countless houses and they often fall flat on personality, comfort, or location, but this house definitely did not. It literally felt like home away from home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

great location near Pine Avenue ...

... and close to the bay. We were hoping to put in our kayaks and paddle boards off the dock into the lagoons, but unfortunately, the dock isn't set up for that. other than that, we really enjoyed the pool and the big, open kitchen.

Love the location, the house not so much

We had a number of issues with this house and would expect better when they charge so much to rent it out. I feel bad writing this review, but the house is older and hasn’t been kept up well. The faucets in both bathrooms are loose, the front doorknob is also loose, the stairs to the pool are not good and are rotten in areas, the pool is older and needs to be resurfaced because it is chipping in places, there are two large square cutouts in the wall of the second bedroom closet to accommodate some kind of device (leaving large holes in the wall), there are no blinds for the living room windows leaving you exposed to people passing by the house, for the windows that had blinds several have pieces missing or not working properly, the deck off the main bedroom is unusable because it is covered in what appears to be black mold, the vents need to be cleaned (especially one in the bathroom), the bench at the dining table is very wobbly (legs not attached properly perhaps), we didn’t stay in the downstairs room but the fan there shakes a lot, there was also an ant problem at the front door when we stayed. I note that the pool also looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. I’m sorry to say, but I’d stay somewhere else next time…

Great place to stay during your time on Anna Maria Island!

This house is close to everything! We were initially concerned about the air conditioner not working properly, but once the house cooled down to the preferred temperature it was a comfortable stay. It was warm in the loft, but luckily we didn’t need that space.

Decent but needs maintenance

Tough to review this place… I loved the location. Great to be near the park and near bean point. Close to pine street and tons of stuff to do nearby. The negative though. There is just simply so much broken in the house. When I spend thousands of dollars to stay in a place I don’t want to walk in and the ceiling fan not work ( wrote them about this and after 5 days they wanted to repair , I declined at that point. ). The master bedroom had missing panels on the shade so the sun baked the room in the afternoon when the sun sets. There were light switches that were broken off and not repaired. The bathroom faucet isn’t attached to the sink and just wiggles around. The shower faucet continuously drips and tons of other small things. The air conditioner in this house doesn’t ever cool the house as well. So if you can’t handle 75 or higher this might not be the place for you. Usually there are some things in the garage such as beach toys .. chairs .. this place includes nothing but a couple of coolers so make sure you bring all your own stuff. We had a great time even with all these issues because the location is just awesome. I probably wouldn’t book again and look for something a little more polished next time.

Great Property close to Pine Street

My family stayed at in early April 2023. The property was as advertised, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed during our weeklong stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this property to others.

Too many issues, items not working.

Couldn't use fireplace....NO REASON GIVEN....NOT INDICATED ON WEBSITE. No pool light....was told later that light was DISCONNECTED. Lights not working outside by pool.... huge safety issue. Ceiling fan not working....Also no REMOTE CONTROL for it. Ice machine not working the entire week....had to buy ice. Outlets downstairs not working. No swimming in pool past dusk....NOT INDICATED ON WEBSITE. Who DOESN'T SWIM AT NIGHT ??? Could not control A/C. Dishwasher broke down. On Dec 17th I was contacting the Beach Rentals office to have issues rectified. Multiple Disruptions during my stay by maintenance staff. I AM NOT HAPPY. Left lengthy text to the office . No response.

Thanksgiving in Anna Maria

The place was nice but needed some things fixed. The TV remote in queen bed didn’t work. Bought new batteries and still didn’t work. Dining room table bench was extremely wobbly so bought a plastic chair to use and left it there. Pool furniture is old and pool was kind of dirty- lots of debris floating around in it. Kitchen sink faucet made a weird noise in a certain position and vertical blinds in bedroom went all different directions. Also only king bedroom could stream channels. We understand things break and wear out at different times but just wanted to inform the owners.

Overdue family vaca

I read all reviews prior to booking. Overall we had a great time. We did rent a golf cart to drive us closer to beach and Bean Point. We did not want pool heater on but it was, we couldn't enjoy it the first day because it was like being in a hot tub. We also had a little issue with AC but the Property Manager was very responsive and took care of both issues very quickly which was great. There is a loft with two singles and on bottom floor there is another room with two single beds with its own portable ac unit. The king size bed was very comfortable as well as the queen. There were tiles missing around pool but this really did not bother us but could see if you have smaller children this could be a hazard. I would suggest adding a tv to loft or downstairs bedroom. We enjoyed our week at this property.

great location

location is great, could use some updates here and there, some new pots and pans. ice maker doesn't work in refrigerator. rental agency makes you keep the air at 74 and house gets stuffy at night. hard to sleep in a warm house. I recommend this property , if the air could be turned down would get 5 stars.

Nice place near everything on AMI!

Our family had a very nice time staying at Pelican Bay. The property was clean, spacious and centrally located. There is an extra bedroom with twin beds on the main level which isn't really in the description. It is a nice option if you need more sleeping space. Great experience. We would stay here again.

Our 2 week wedding stay

Overall good experience. The home really needed to have a bathroom on the first level for guests coming in from the pool- very inconvenient to have to get out and go to the second level. The pool cleanliness was sub-par. Many missing/broken tiles. The deep end pool light was not connected and fell out under water while swimming. We stayed at this property for two weeks, and not once did we see the pool cleaned. We had to call the rental company to get in touch with the pool company to come out to clean it. Some of the vents in the home had black mold around them.
