“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“What a disappointment. Took husband for a birthday celebration weekend. The check in was stress full since EXPEDIA and hotel had a written policy stating an email would be sent for an online registration which was "REQUIRED". I tried calling the property directly 6 times over several days ahead of the trip and NO ONE ANSWERED. The EXPEDIA customer service tried to help me, and they also could not reach the property. It turned out it was not REQUIRED to do this and good thing because I NEVER GOT……

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“No pool - just like a wading pool. I also like coffee pot in my room so I don't have to get dressed immediately in the morning to run to the lobby.”

“This trip was supposed to be something special for my family. For starters there was a huge wasp nest on our balcony, which we were told would be taken care of - never was. Then our AC stopped working - they did offer to move us but by then it was day 3 of our trip. I was told that they were going to waive our pet fee and resort fees for the ‘inconvenience’, but haven’t seen that happen yet either. The elevators have only worked about half the time, and there is no AC in elevators or main lobby……
