Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently located covered porch area has large games and poolside hang out room with a large screen TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful 26 ft. by 13 ft. swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night.
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
There is no garage access for cars at Sea La Vie however there are still 4 parking spaces in the driveway available to use during your stay.
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.
