“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“Room was clean when we got there. We stayed for two nights and the room never got cleaned and towels never exchanged. Contacted the front desk and was told it would be taken care of. It was not. Walls are very thin. Can hear people in rooms next door. Can make for an interesting stay. Location was great. Valet guys were very helpful. Great to have an onsite bar.”

“早餐豐富，員工友善。”

“The staff was very helpful & accommodating when we expressed our concerns. We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. We also were unaware there is a parking fee of 8 dollars every night you stay. We did leave a night early simply because the pool was closed for the weekend. When we arrived it was closed & we were told it would be closed all weekend but was open around 9 at……

“Upon arriving at the property, the front desk staff appeared busy and rushed through the check-in process, speaking incredibly fast, which made the initial experience less welcoming. The room itself was decent, but it had a very unpleasant odor upon entering. The accommodations also felt somewhat outdated and could definitely benefit from some additional care and maintenance. Given that these rooms were originally designed as apartments, there is potential for them to offer a more comfortable……

“Staff was Great, Great Location. Nice Restaurant Bartender was great!”

“This was an amazing stay even though it was only for one night. The staff were wonderful, room was clean and comfortable and amenities were lovely. Breakfast wasn’t that great, because I am not a fan of liquid eggs and they didn’t taste great, but I was able to eat the amazing waffle and sausages. Also, the coffee was quality compared to other hotel coffee I have experienced!!! Would love to stay there again!”

“A true hidden gem close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property was impeccably clean & the staff was very attentive. They also have a stocked whiskey bar and delicious pastry delights from a local baker. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and certainly were given the royal treatment! We will definitely return . On site parking is available for a chargeand there is a lot just 2 minutes away.”

“The property was immaculate! The room we stayed (Chase suite) was gorgeous!! The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this property”

“This is the second time I’ve gone there. I’ve loved it the first time and came back again and picked the same hotel. This place serves a great breakfast. A lot of space and is clean. The staff are very accommodating to whatever you need. Thank you again Jamila”
