“Nice, clean room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to get up for. Stale cereal and a few muffins and prepackaged pastries. Smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free facility.”

“This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be……

“The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. ”

“I understand it’s a room for $50 so it’s not going to be great but this was the worst hotel of my career and I’m a road stand up comedian so that’s saying something. Everything was dirty around the property. Tub was a nightmare, which didn’t matter because there were no towels other than hand towels. At 6am someone opened a security door causing an alarm to go off for 30 mins and not a constant alarm you could get used to but it kept turning off and then turning on again. I love Expedia and use……
