“The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN”

“Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay.”

“The rooms was not ready by the time I got there. The room is so so smelling so the sheets of the beds. The hotel is smoke free, but both hallway and rooms smell weed and cigarettes. The staffs were shorts and unaware of which rooms were taken and which rooms were available. Some rooms had no air conditioning. Parking were fine and all great. I believe they do not change bed sheets to new one as I see so much dog’s hairs and dirty spot on pillows and bedsheets.”

“Bed was unmade, dirty used towels on floor next to toilet, loud noises, kids running around with no parent supervision, front looked he bought had enough of being there. Overall worst place I’ve ever stayed. Never again!”

“Place is falling apart . Room needs complete renovation. Plus a blanket or quilt on the bed .”

“The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

“Excellent, professional staff. Very helpful. Traveling w a service dog for work can be daunting, but not at this location. TY for your advising me. I preferred this to the Brooklyn, MN location.”
