Last-minute hotel deals in Eden Prairie

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! The best thing about any service are their people and the staff at Spark go above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and beds were super comfy. My only criticism would be that I could hear the footsteps of the people in the floor above me but the rest of my stay was great!

Pool and spa were sparkling clean. Comfy bed and duvet.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. They will go out of their way to be helpful. Since I am dairy-free, they have nearly nothing I can eat for breakfast. They have to abide by corporate rules, but corporate needs to be friendly food-wise to people who are gluten and dairy-free.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. My only question is the level of chlorine they used in the pool. My kids and husband all came out with red skin which usually doesn't happen.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall, it was a 10. Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and room. The only downside is that there is no indoor pool. But definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was super convenient, quiet and and clean! Felt safe due to locked front doors. Great accommodations. Would definitely stay there again and planning to. Kickback is really nice.

Great hotel - Very close to airport but did not hear planes at any time. Extremely clean and comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.

Very gluten free friendly they had several options for breakfast. Including bread and bagels. Their small shop also had several gf food items. My daughter and I are celiac. Very thankful for these options.

Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.
