“Our stay in Capitol Hill was wonderful. Elizabeth was very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. The location was also super safe and convenient which made it easy for me and my parents to explore DC, visit nearby attractions, and enjoy the city without stress. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.”

“3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond……

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay in the apartment was overall very enjoyable, the location within DC is excellent. It should be noted, however, that there is quite some constant noise and sometimes even vibrations coming from the fans on the roof right above……
