"The place was perfect for a DC spring break family trip!"

"I was really excited to stay at this property. It looks so nice! However the beautiful new building is situated in a very rough area of DC. We arrived in the late afternoon and a party was just getting started next door. Medium sized crowd, loud music with strong bass line. I ordered some DoorDash and the driver got out, looked at me, looked around, and asked "Are you okay?" But I was still hopeful that everything would be fine. It wasn't. "Great place to stay for our family while in town for a graduation!"

"Great location and just an overall great place to stay"

"Great place "

"My son stayed in this property during his summer internship in D.C. Location is excellent. Quite neighborhood but convenient to Metro and eating establishments. Jennifer was an excellent property host and responsive. The unit is clean, comfortable and provides everything you need for a short or long stay. A very positive experience! "

"Super cozy apartment with a warm, homey feel! The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The free parking is a huge bonus. Definitely not something you find often in D.C.! Highly recommend!"

"Our stay in Capitol Hill was wonderful. Elizabeth was very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. The location was also super safe and convenient which made it easy for me and my parents to explore DC, visit nearby attractions, and enjoy the city without stress. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend staying here."

I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day. There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were...
