“Good location, close enough to walk everywhere and plenty of room to park. One room smelled funny due to broken washing machine. Some of the kids stuff broken and well used for the fire decorations that my kids were an excited for that didn’t work. But overall good place to stay.”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to……

“It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were……
