"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. There are three doors downstairs—two locked and one leading to the laundry room, which was unlocked. Assuming the washing machine was available for guest use, we did a load of laundry...

"POSITIVES: Beautiful View, comfortable clean bed, good shower/steam room. NEGATIVES: Birds nesting above all 3 external doors, piles of bird excrement, attracting flies-internal & external. Bird excrement splattered down panoramic window. Fly excrement (large amounts) on internal panoramic window. Kitchen utensils on display, looked grubby and had flies crawling all over them. Cupboard handles sticky, Broken shelving etc in refrigerator, grubby hob, extractor fan didn’t seem to work and looked...

"Loved it. Basic but nice spa. The hotel breakfast was great, as was the dinner. The service in all parts of the hotel was excellent. We played squash, used the gym, spa, and games room. The only downside of the games room was that some bits for the games were missing but we had fun nonetheless. The bar had live music on the Friday night and the bar area had board games and chess tables. Beautiful views. Lovely room. "

"Great comfy rooms with lots of nice touches like water, Arran toiletries and local made shortbread. Bed was so comfy. Pool area was nice. Easy to park and staff very friendly. Great location with lovely walk into Aberfeldy down by the river. So many attractions close by and a great base for exploring. Breakfast tasty and good selection of continental items on top of the cooked breakfast."
