"Very nice older hotel. Everything felt clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, in a long time. Even the pillow was nice. I’ve stayed in at least 15 different hotels this year and this bed was the best and the pillow was not the typical cheap hotel pillow. "

"The hotel has a really nice open lobby, very clean and modern. One of the elevators is broken but the other two were fine. Room was nice and clean with no issues. Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, cereal muffins, fruit, juice etc. I always appreciate a hotel with good continental breakfast! Makes the day so much easier. There is a parking garage but it’s not connected. It’s a very short walk, like maybe half a block. This wasn’t that big of a deal but being that it was just me and my daughter and we arrived late at night, it was slightly concerning but all went well. "

"We were driving from Kansas City to Hattiesburg, MS for my grandfather’s funeral. Little Rock is halfway so we decided to stay the night at the Holiday Inn Little Rock-Airport-Convention center. Unfortunately for us my car would not start for us the following morning. A staff member named Calvin immediately offered to find jumper cables to help us get the car cranked and on the road. After spending over an our assisting us with the car we concluded that the starter was out and the car needed to be repaired. We desperately tried to find a rental car with his help, but there were no available cars in Little Rock at that time. He was ultimately able to find a vehicle to rent using an app called Turo, which I was not aware existed. After I got the truck reserved he then took us to where it was located an made sure we were safe and on our way. Calvin genuinely wanted to help us that day and I’m very grateful to him helping me get home for the funeral!"
