"We like the location, and it was easy to get to. Staff was helpful, and accommodating. Room could use a little freshening up but still was a nice room minus the yapping dog that was next door. Great view of downtown, West and Hot Springs Mountain. Don't know anything about the restaurant or the breakfast buffet. But the bar wasn't bad. We would stay again."
