"Good stay "

"We enjoyed our stay. We have used this hotel before and we’re not disappointed. Our tiny dog got a big welcome with pats and a treat. We noticed the hotel’s nice decor upgrading, but wondered why the carpet was frayed where it met the vinyl tile. It needs to be trimmed out. However, that didn’t bother us. The TV was difficult to figure out at first. Otherwise, this hotel gave us a restful, clean, and safe experience, and we will return there again. "

"We recommend “Hidden Gem” for sure. We had 5 adults, a 17 yr old and 9 and 10 yr old. It is supplied with many extras such as spices, etc and most any kitchen item and appliance you could ask for! We enjoyed the water (even in October) with their canoe, life jackets and paddle boards. Great bedding and communication. Camp fire was great for evening talks and s’mores!"

"Easy to find just outside the gates of Smith Lake Park. Cabin is right next to the boat launch parking and restroom but the boat launch is further to the left. No issues at all from sound or problems with either. The view out to the lake is stunning and the cabin is nicely equipped and very cozy. We loved it and will be back."

"Great house, beautiful location. Serene, secluded, and relaxing environment. The kayaks were great, and we caught fish from the pier. Overall 5 start experience and we'd absolutely stay here again. "
