“Daniel was fantastic! The place was clea,n, cute and great location. This is not a quiet neighborhood but no issues whatsoever. Just know it’s not in a location of its own if you are looking for that. Will definitely stay again!”

“Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.”

“Gorgeous and well appointed, this cabin has it all. The view is spectacular, and the host has made everything so welcoming. She communicated with us several times and gave great recommendations for places to eat and boat rentals. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a home away from home on Smith Lake! ”

“Our stay was perfect! The entire house was very clean and welcoming! We loved that the kitchen is organized and well stocked (one of the special touches!) The location of the house is very convenient not only to town but also multiple restaurants and local shops if one doesn’t wish to drive into town. We enjoyed the outdoor space that has multiple decks (covered main deck & lower deck, and lakefront) and the enclosed backyard. We loved the personal touches, especially for pets!”

“Yes. Hot tub was hot. Heaters close by. Lovely space around it with an outdoor shower. Cullman had so much to do and location was very convenient. The hosts were very responsive. The decor blew us away. Candles were delightful. ”
