I was hoping to have a microwave inside our room but there wasnt one. And the noise from the street at night makes it very difficult to sleep.

Clean room|Nice size room|not much of a selection for breakfast|parking was good |we were disappointed that the pool is still under construction |great gym. Over all great stay.

The hotel room was fine but the breakfast was not good! The sausage wasn’t good and the choice of other things for breakfast was limited. Also the coffee was very weak and not hot. It really makes a difference to offer a good continental breakfast so it would be a good idea to improve it.

The room wasn’t cleaned automatically for two days and on the third they just dropped towels and emptied trash. Bed was never touched and the policy was no where to be found. I would ask when checking in. The hotel is also currently under construction which isn’t stated clearly at the time of reservation, so there is no lobby.

Location: Great. Right on the main road near UAB Hospital. Grocery and eateries within walking distance. Check-in : Poor. International phone and card holders BEWARE! the managers will not send an information to an international number. The check-in process is not explained clearly and can be an absolute nightmare. There are NO staff on-site/ NO front desk / Entrance on the main road -WILL BE MISSED as there is no indication that its the entrance. Room facilities & Cleanliness: i have to give this one 5 STARS!! Well equipped and absolutely clean.
