The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). "E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....

"We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"Apartment is a nice size, gated parking, clean and newly renovated, and very close to the Beach which was great for us. The ceiling tapers on 2 sides and you can’t help to hit your head as bed pillows and toilet are at lowest ceiling point. I could not use the WIFI at all. It would link up and quickly detach causing me to do my office work from my cell phone."

"This was our 5th year staying at Casale Giacinta. It is an oasis of calm, surrounded by wonderful scenery (mountains and sea) and offers a great base for exploring the national parks of Majella and Gran Sasso or the coast and beaches north and south of Pescara. The villa is really well appointed with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and there is a barbecue area, bicycles, a table tennis table and a wonderful swimming pool. We always have a great holiday here"

"Il Frutetto ('the orchard') was an absolute joy. John and Sue were consummate hosts–funny, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable. The views are stunning from all directions. The estate is well laid-out, with a very functional and well-stocked kitchen, and the pool and decks were a true luxury. Know that it is a bit out in the country, so a drive is required to get to sights and shopping.
