“We got the grand Jaccousi suite and the room was very small. The tv didn’t work, the pool was drained , the tub was dirty and there were very large spiders crawling around our room, we notified the staff of spiders and they told us yea they found some fishing spiders in other tub rooms also. They never asked us if we wanted to switch rooms or offered to look for other spiders . This was not a good experience we got very little sleep in the room due to arachnophobia and spiders the size of 50……

“Average, No AC in our Room. But it was a cooler night so worked out for us. Booked through expedia property more older then what pictures was shown, overall it was an ok stay. Quiet, People kept to themselves. & front desk lady was really nice. Also Convenient location. Right next to a cool Antique mall. Casino down the road which we appreciated spent most of our time there & came back just to sleep. If you’re looking for a quick little rest does the job!”
