Everything spotless, parking on premises lots of it. We chose breakfast included was worth it. The room was spacious enough bathroom in separate room with bidet, toilet shower and sink . I found the bed to be a bit in the hard side as well as pillows however factoring everything that was just perfect it wasn’t a deal breaker. Building is year 1200 it used to be part home part stable. Absolutely gorgeous arched wood doors windows shutters. Lorena and her husband Gianpietro were extremely wonderful and also the grandfather. They are really professional but very humble. It is also a restaurant so you have choice. We walked 10-15 min to grocery store where there is wine fresh fruit veggies all. We walked to the church nearby also about 10 min. Assisi is 4 km away and easy to get to. In all hotel street is quiet. You will not regret it. Enjoy 😊

Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Assisi raggiungibile in auto a 10 minuti.

This is a cozy hotel, excellent staff, I think it is an owned family business. Really good breakfast included and the restaurant food was delicious, excellent presentation and service. On our check in date we arrived 10:45 pm and the restaurant was just closed but we were starving and tired due to a long road trip, the person in charge just went out from Kitchen and told us that he will prepare some sandwiches for us, we sat on a table and they brought different trays with ham, cheese, salami, bread to prepare the sandwiches the way we like, they brought wine too. For us, it was the highlight of the place because they put their effort to satisfy our needs. Nice place to stay.

So much great to say about this place. I travel a lot, really a lot, and this place is utterly sweet. The brothers who manage the place are fantastic… helpful, cheerful, enthusiastic, charming. The property is spotlessly clean, effortlessly comfortable and feels like home (with only ten or so rooms). The dining options are exquisite… best dinner we had in Italy and that is saying something special. The care to details, the joy that this place takes in hosting guests? Remarkable! Wish I could give it 6 stars.

Struttura con 10 camere, ma completa di tutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera (tripla) enorme, incredibile.

There was a warm atmosphere and we were allowed to check in before midday. We were advised that the restaurant was not open due to clean up. This allowed us to decide what we wanted to do. there was no directory of Information. A telephone, but ... I dialed 9 and did speak to someone. Wifi was not available though a feature.
