“The property was a “green” property and everything in the room supported that goal.”

“9 days B&B Breakfast good with lots of choice. Paid for evening meal once but not worth it so wouldn’t suggest all inclusive. Good beach with lots of free beds & umbrella’s. Pool beds always reserved early so never got to use it but beach good anyway. Beach bungalow could do with updating but was cleaned daily and fresh bedding. Complimentary drinks in room, fridge, storage. Resort clean and tidy. Would recommend.”

“Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.”

“Ett bra hotell med härligt och rent poolområde. Lätt att få solstolar! Underbar frukost med allt man kan kan önska. Stort rum med HÅRDA sängar och inga väggkrokar. Bra med tvätthandfat i rummet. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Bra läge till bra restauranger i Amodara.”

“This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents.……

“Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion”

“Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

“Agapi Beach Resort was wonderful for the entire duration of my stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic and fresh at every meal and restaurant. The beach is clean and there were always enough chairs for everyone. Property was clean and updated. Events were fun and inclusive, but certain events can not be reserved in the app. Staff members can get you signed up, so speak to one of them if you would like to attend a posted event. The hotel offers shuttle service to and……

“The hotel was not clean, terrible smell, rude employees. Did not even stay the night and never got a refund. AC didn’t work and bugs all over the room. Do not recommend.”

“The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger……

“We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new boutique hotel. The location was perfect for us, conveniently close to both the airport and the port, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our……

“Très bon établissement, à 15 min du vieux port. En revanche, le petit déjeuner qui devait être inclu ne l'était pas. Sinon très confortable et agréable.”

“Lovely property with comfortable and functional rooms.”
