I booked this location then canceled ahead due to the current situation. I still gotten charge for one night. Ended up booking here due to difficulties with other hotels. My source of transportation was the airport shuttle. Quick and easy as well as comfortable. I arrived and was checked in immediately. The man who checked me in was extremely kind and welcoming. I received a top floor. Room was decent. I began to shower and then received a knock on the door. Not really understanding them I advised I was all set. Back in the shower I received another knock. Opened the door and they needed to check the fire alarm that went off. The man stated it went off because of the steam from my shower. Very strange to me. Phone in room did not work. They have a cute Starbucks in which I picked up my room service order. The woman who helped was very kind. Food was okay. I left my room to check out. Accidentally I forgot my necklace. My room key was also in there. I called to the front desk and she was not kind but security came immediately and he was kind. Took the shuttle back to the airport. Quick and easy.
