For starters the front desk personal did not see our booking, she only "seen it" after our response to her question of how much did we pay for the room online. And that took me by surprise, I have NEVER had a hotel ask me how much did I pay, for it to be a determing factor on if you see my reservation or not. Also, the bed was sunken in the middle so bad that we both had backaches in the morning. I would never stay here again!
