Poor stay at Best Western Plus! We were given a room different from what we had paid extra for (King Bed, premium room). Once we arrived arrived into our room, there was a large dirty linens bag stuffed inside the closet, one of the queen beds was present with bodily fluids and obviously been used and not cleaned. Immediately, we reported this to the front staff and they declined to switch us to a different room or have someone clean it due to "staff shortage." Because it was late and we were basically stranded, we had to deal and sleep on the other semi-clean bed. Next morning, we asked again for assistance to have our room cleaned or changed, again without success. We asked to speak with higher administration and was denied the opportunity. At this point, we were stranded unable to get our needs met and had to deal with what we were dealt, deal with a family matter and wait to check out.
We are deeply disappointed in the false advertisement of adhering to safety measures and cleanliness in time of COVID. We felt staff and management did not care for customer service and quality of care given to guests. We DO NOT recommend staying at this property and question whether we stay at another Best Western property again given the poor hospitality received. Urge Expedia to take off this property on their booking site as well.
