Two Custom Tiny Homes, One Peaceful Property
Whitetail Cottage shares this tranquil setting with Whitetail Loft, our second custom-designed studio tiny home, along with the owners’ private residence. Both rentals are thoughtfully positioned behind the main house to maintain peace, privacy, and easy access to shared amenities.
While the owners live on-site, your space remains fully private aside from sharing the driveway and outdoor areas. We thoughtfully balance guest privacy with the natural layout of the property, using fencing, strategic landscaping, and a discreet presence to ensure a restful experience.Please note: While we thoughtfully maintain separation, complete seclusion may vary at times. Our commitment is to create a peaceful, respectful environment where you can relax and fully enjoy your stay.

Step into a backyard sanctuary where nature, relaxation, and a sense of playful connection come together effortlessly.Spend your days drifting between the sparkling pool and the on-demand heated spa, or escape to the hammock, cradled beneath the trees. At sunset, climb to the elevated tree platform — a private perch with a bistro table and chairs — perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or simply savoring the views of the pool and surrounding landscape. Beneath the platform, a gently swaying saucer swing adds a lighthearted charm.
For moments of playful connection, guests can enjoy axe throwing, cornhole, washers, and PaddleSmash — all thoughtfully arranged to complement the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Private Pool Time
Each day, both Cottage and Loft guests can reserve a two-hour private time slot to enjoy the pool. Outside of reserved times, you’re welcome to use the pool if it’s available. If the next time slot hasn’t been claimed, feel free to extend your swim or enjoy the space earlier if open.
Pool Hours: 9 AM – 8 PM shared use. After 8 PM, the pool and spa are exclusively yours as Cottage guests.
Spa Heating: Always included with your stay — no extra fees.
Pool Heating: Available upon request at $125 per night multiplied by the number of nights booked. (Example: two-night stay = $250 total.)

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors. Vaping is permitted outdoors only.
Pet-Free Property: Due to severe family allergies, pets are not allowed at Whitetail Cottage. Thank you for understanding.
Security: For your peace of mind, Ring security cameras are installed at the front and back entrances of the main house, above the garage, and outside the Loft door. Personalized entry codes will be provided two days before check-in.
Uncontrollable Circumstances: We are not responsible for disruptions caused by power outages, weather, or other acts of nature; refunds will not be issued for such events.
Unexpected Maintenance: While we maintain the property carefully, minor issues may occasionally arise. We address any concerns as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
