住宿简介

Beautiful thatched country cottage, quiet countryside position .

  • Rosemount is a pretty stone cottage with breathtaking views and only a short drive to Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. Just minutes from the River Cottage restaurant and River Cottage HQ. Close to the market town of Axminster. Lots of lovely places to walk, with dogs welcome and a good selection of restaurants near by. The cottage is beautifully furnished and there is off road parking for two cars and a decking area with amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
Please note the cottage is very old and the staircase is quite steep, so may not be suitable for older guests.

We stayed here while attending a day course at River Cottage HQ. It was well-equipped and very clean as well as being handy for the course. It's quite small but very cosy and everything works.

Charming cottage

We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this property which is in a lovely setting just outside Axminster. The layout is perfect with comfortable & quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen is well equipped too with dishwasher & washing machine! Also outside there is a lovely terrace area with BBQ & small garden with lovely views. Highly recommend.

Cosy cottage

Nice, comfortable and very quiet cottage, clean and well equipped. For our family it was ideal as a base for trips to Lyme Regis, or some nice hikes in the surrounding area. A few (car) min outside the village, beautifully located. Small downside is the limited space for storage.
