“Due to the lack of experience of the front desk clerks our check in took longer than usual and we still did not get what we had requested on the reservation. There was no soap or shampoo, bottles were completely empty. TV did not work so we had to have the girl from the front desk to come up and figure out what was wrong. Very disappointed that such a hotel as Aloft would not have a microwave to heat our leftovers from the restaurant we had eaten at earlier. There were no breakfast choices……

“I’ve been to different Comfort Inn’s this past month but this one is the worst so far. The room smells musty and the carpet is old and dingy. “The stay was amazing, kitchen in hotel was so practical for the stays. Ms. Tracy was phenomenal and attentive. Breakfast was great and area was great to dine in. Rooms were clean, kitchen was equipped, workout room was great, great equipment. Very thoughtful to have a water filter dispenser in gym. “Decent price. Good breakfast. Clean room. The PM after front desk attendant was all over the place. Took ten minutes to come check a line of guests in. She prioritized returning a luggage cart over addressing the guests. I try not to judge but she was either very scattered or what seemed like inebriated.
