Property was listed as “pet friendly” and when I arrived at 11 pm to check in they told me my pet was not allowed. They then refused to give me a refund.

This hotel was not in the best shape as advertised. The picture used for hotel was of a room in good shape, but when I got into my room...not so good! The caradenza, desk, chest of drawers were missing pieces on the front with their piece hidden under the desk or behind the chest of drawers. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and the wall was separating from the bath/shower. Also, the T. V. was not working. I asked the clerk to come to the room so I can show what I was seeing, the clerk never showed up...she forgot! When I went to go eat and came back, I asked her if she would come to the room. I pointed out everything that was not good in the room and even pointed out that hairs from a pet was on the couch, and the cushions had urine stains on both sides! I inquired about getting another room, she informed me that the hotel was old and the other room would not be to my liking! I inquired about the hotel putting me up in a different hotel, she informed me that they don't allow this! To my disappointment, I stayed. Fixed the T. V. myself, then boticed that mattresses didn't fit on the boxspring of the bed! I should have known, but we live and learn from our mistakes! I highly recommend that you not stay at this hotel, also, the continental breakfast was very poor, and not properly cooked! Was not happy here, and made my stay unenjoyable!

The room that they gave us was unacceptable. The Air conditioner never stopped its loud rattling. The TV was place in the middle of the room. No one could watch it in that position. The bed was too soft and like a double. Couldn't successfully watch TV from the Bed or the Couch. The Light over the kitchenette was burned out. The traffic was constantly loud. We lasted about 2 hours. Had a room booked for 2 nights. The Desk Clerk gave the standard answer...if you had said something we could have given you another room. And promised to refund the next night because we checked out. They didn't refund.
