They put us in a room that was under renovation. The floor was Taped together with black tape, and was so sticky that when you walked on it, it made this horribly sound.
They were putting down new carpet in the hall way, Saturday morning we woke up to carpet layers, banging right at our door. Our door wouldn't lock, even from inside, deadbolt either. The first night we only had the flip lock to keep us locked in. The next day they fixed it. The staff was wonderful, they were extremely helpful with every issue. The ownership of this hotel should have not allowed to anyone to be put in the room we were in. We couldn't be moved without going upstairs, there was not an elevator working to get you to the second floor. To old for that!
This is the worst hotel I have ever booked through Expedia and I fill I should be refunded at least half of what I paid for all the negative situations. Also they advertised the pool open, but it wasn't. This is June in Texas, this was a big disappointment to the 16 ladies that stayed there for the weekend. We were there for a State Bowling Tournament.
