We had a staycation for my birthday at the Cotton Court, and it was 10/10 experience. Rachel was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful. I had the best birthday; I could not say enough great things about our stay!

Perfect... everything

The place and property were clean and quaint. This place offers comfort and safe place to sleep and very budget friendly. Heat and air worked great in the room, TV had ample of options to watch and hot water was available. Room offered sink, fridge and microwave. Toiletry options were small make sure to bring your own. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was heavy on carb options but good options for a quick bite. Waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, oatmeal, while limited apple, orange and yogurt. We were able to make a selection to get us going in the morning and appreciate the free breakfast available. Only down side but very manageable: towels were thin and rough and pillows were on the flat side and 2 per bed so we each got one. However the bed was comfortable. This fit our budget and location we wanted to be to move our child back to her dorm. Was about 5 min from her dorm. Area was quiet. Staff was nice and asked what she was studying. Would stay again.
