"Hi there, the floors in the hotel, all areas I saw were dirty. meaning that there was accumulated dirt where the ceiling meets the floor without exception: elevator, hallways, breakfast area, room. (I couldn't tell on the carpeted areas, but ALL hard surfaces). Also, the bathroom had to be cleaned."

"Overall the hotel was clean. The pillowtop bed was very comfortable, although i wish they would use sheets that were big enough to fit on to a pillow top mattress. The room was big and the kitchenette came in handy. This was Spring graduation weekend at Texas Tech, so the room prices were jacked up 300% everywhere in Lubbock. I get it, but it was worth $900 total for a 2 night stay. Waddayagonndo?"

"Front desk attendants were fantastic - Cassandra checked me in without issue and was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, even with a long line she remained professional. We had two TVs in our rooms - we were missing the remote for one tv and the remote for the other didn’t change channels or pull up the guide. So for one tv we had to use one button to change channel, volume, settings, etc; and for the other we had to enter the number in order to change the channel. Overall not a big...
