“Hotel war für eine Woche gebucht, nach der ersten und schlaflosen Nacht habe ich die Flucht ergriffen. Beim ersten Augenschein viel sofort der Müll der vor-Gäste auf, der nicht aus den Mülleimern und dem Bad entfernt wurde, Staubschicht auf ebenen Flächen, Bad (nicht) richtig gereinigt- hatte den Eindruck, dass außer frischen Bettbezügen nichts an roomkeeping erfolgte. Keinerlei Kleiderbügel oder Haken um Zimmer vorhanden. Schlösser der Balkon- und Eingangstür defekt, Zimmer konnte nicht von……

“I was in conversation yesterday when I arrived at the hotel and there was no recognition of my booking .The power was failing on the island so while I was chatting to the virtual assistant the conversation kept falling in and out then she was going to put me through to claim the money back but the conversation ended.I turned up and the hotel had no room for me it was totally full and the manager said he had no recognition of my booking and the hotel doesn’t deal with Vrbo.So it was getting late……

“The staff was phenomenal! The property was unlike anywhere we’ve ever been in Thailand. A secluded hidden spot brought us rest and relaxation. They didn’t offer alcohol which guaranteed quiet nights. The bed was cozy, sights were amazing and the pool was a delight. Well worth every penny. ”
