“Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO. “The pictures of this apartment do not do it justice. Very roomy "shotgun -style" apartment with all the rooms in one row along a hallway. View from front room is outstanding. Bathroom is very large and contains a stacked washer and dryer in a closet. Shelden Avenue in front of the building is full of good restaurants and shops. Be aware Houghton and Hancock have lots of one-way streets, if you're not used to that.”
