Steps situated outside, back side of building, do not have handrails next to those steps. Bathrooms are not handicapped accessible; they don’t have grab bars for stepping in or out of tub/ shower area!! They do, however, have signs designating handicapped parking, and there is a “ ramp” to use, which……
