It is a budget hotel and a very old building. But at least it has an elevator! Staff is helpful and friendly. They need an air conditioner. Good location near the train station and restaurants.

Its not a luxury hotel but the room was big and clean. The gentleman at the front was super friendly and nice. After reading reviews I was a little worried about the area but it was super chill. My room was next to a (i think) restaurant and they were a little noisy but other than that everything was good.

For the price and location it was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful. It was a bit run down, but very clean. Very close to Bari Centrale station, perfect for our needs of a one night transit

Near to train and bus stations. Perfect for dining and good around. City is small so the hotel seems to be a walking distance to all places. But looks to an old hostel then a hotel .

Hotel is very close to the Train station and a short walk from the main promenade down to the old town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Two complaints would be there was a strong smoke smell in our room, which was #7, even though there was a no smoking sign on the door, but an ashtray was placed on the table, also the hotel room door was very basic and easily kicked in by a child.

Very basic but convenient stay

very basic accomodation BUT a lift is available at the premisis. Very central only a few minutes walk from the airport bus, bus and train station. Receptionists are friendly especially Signor Pasquale.

Well it was better than reviewed.

The receptionist was hard work and not warming. Other reception staff weren't too bad. The cleaners were pleasant and friendly. Did a good job in the room. Clean towels everyday.

Not the worst place I've stayed

The shower was decent and the location was very good, in the centre and close to the old town. The people working there were mostly friendly especially the ladies. Unfortunately it's very noisy, we could hear clearly someone snoring nearby all night and people passing in the corridor, also the bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was poorly lit, with windows opening only to a ventilation shaft. We paid £60 for one night, wasn't worth it.

After getting drenched in Naples our train was delayed so we arrived very late in the evening which meant the 24 hour check in was very welcome & helpful. Really convenient after a long day traveling. Older gentleman still offered us something to drink at that late hour. It's basic but very clean. Did wonder if I'd sleep with our room overlooking the roadside but bed so comfy I did. Very acceptable stop over before joining our cruise

The room was dirty, the floor was disgusting and there were curly hairs all over the pillows and bedsheets, the reception guy couldn't speak English and I couldn't speak Italian so he wasn't interested in looking when I tried to explain on Google translate. Our room was virtually IN reception so heard every person come and go, doors, bells and the street seemed to be where all the motor bikes hung out with guys talking so loudly. Couldn't wait to leave to be honest. Honestly Hotels.com you need to up your game.

Do not recommend this hotel at all. It was very run down and didn't feel safe at all. Very expensive for lack of quality. Will definitely stay elsewhere in the future. It was awful!
Deteriorated conditions. Everything mismatched. Stick on tiles for repairs and they were coming off as shown in 2nd picture
