“Definitely not as clean as it looks online. Multiple things are in need of repair - elevator, hallway air conditioning, lights not working in the room, lights were full of dead bugs. Asked for more towels and we had to go get them ourselves. Air conditioner leaking into the floor onto the carpet. Door would not latch properly and could not use dead bolt to lock the door. Bathroom door did not shut properly.”

“The hotel was nasty I never stayed at the hotel due to the tub not being clean, room
itself looked like someone literally just come
out of there right before they tried to put me in the room . trash still in the trash can , no trash bag ! No bad for the ice . pool closed , breakfast closed , nothing was working properly it was a scam ! I left and was supposed to get switched to a different room and they were supposed to change my room but got extremely rude !”
