The property was very clean and staff was friendly. I know their website said to expect construction noises but they did not specify how loud and constant the noises would be. It sounded like a jackhammer right above our room and it was NONSTOP from 8-6. I wouldn't recommend staying here until renovations are completed.

They need to check the mini refrigerator because someone left the food and I refused to touch it. I told downstairs about the food that need to be throw away.

Room was not clean, red stuff (blood?) on floor, had cockroaches, staff not very friendly, AC didn’t work properly, toilet paper holder fell off wall, molding behind toilet fell loose, toilet wouldn’t flush well, pool smaller than expected, pool bartender frequently disappeared, valet not available at advertised hours, casino disappointing. Would not return.

requested non smoking room, was given smoking room with no option to get a non smoking room. It was horrible smelling even the sheets! When I got home all my clothes in my suitcase reeked of nasty cigaret smoke

The bellhops were the only people at this property that acted like they cared that we were there. We’ve stayed at this resort three times now, and each time it’s been the same feeling… if we’re not gambling excessively we’re just not valued quite the same. The bellhops get every star from this review. Their co-workers and managers could learn a thing or two from their treatment of guests.

Great property, it is a casino so 1st floor is always busy. Pool area is small, pool is only 4ft deep which is great for us with younger children. However, they have "pool rules" that werent applied, like adults only after certain times. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping come by. They were very quick to fulfill any requests we had. Front office is incredibly friendly. Clean facility and a few dining options. Will def go back!
