“The room smelled of mildew, the shower floor was dirty. I asked about the pool before I ever even checked in and Veronica at the desk had to make a phone call to see if it was operational. She was told that it was in fact operational so I allowed her to complete my check in. The pool was a disgusting green with a five gallon bucket floating in it along with other trash! It was so nasty no one got in it!!! The health department needs to shut them down! In addition to that, twice at breakfast……

“The hotel was nice and remodeled. Breakfast was good. We did not get cleaning service the 2 nights we were there only some extra towels dropped by. One elevator was out of order and the other stopped working so my 70+ year old mom had to do stairs to the 3rd floor. This location advertised an indoor pool, but when we got there they informed us they took the pool out for the gym renovation. The renovation gym was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, but I would not have booked here if I……
