“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“wonderfully amazing experience! it's a small boutique hotel but it's got everything! friendly and helpful staff that make u feel truly welcomed. spacious and chic design. bed super comfy. steam in the shower. great breakfast in room. i couldn't recommend this gem enough! well worth every penny!!! also some great italian restaurants within minutes of walk.”

“Beautiful large room with white walls and an exposed wooden beam ceiling. A fantastic garden view. A very comfortable bed. A large bathroom with a rain head shower. Last but not least, my hosts, Claudio and Lidia were so wonderful.”

“房间很赞，4人间有两个浴室，还包含早餐，虽然没有电梯但工作人员很热情，就是位置比较偏，拖箱子需要过几座桥，还有空调坏了，8月还是有点热的，床很舒适”

“The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,”
