“The design was very much in theme with it's location. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff extremely helpful, and friendly. Loved it!!!”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“Staff was wonderful and very friendly, good breakfast and walkable to all the sites that I wanted to visit”

“Excellent in every way!”

“Beautiful property, great amenities, and very short walk to the beach. It was also close enough to central Biarritz. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, but much smaller than expected. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely place. Room are very clean. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Thanks for great hospitality”

“Great location near the beach and a solid breakfast”

“The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”

“The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks……

“Perfect location: hotel is located in the downtown. about 5 minutes walking to Plage du Port Vieux, or La Grander Plage, or to the Halles de Biarritz market. Excellent service and wonderful staff. The hotel has been recently renovated and offers everything needed for an extended stay.”

“Séjour de 2 nuits à Bidart dans cet hotel au moment de l'éclipse. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était certes petite (nous le savions) mais avant tout très confortable, avec une super literie, ainsi qu'une climatisation et une insonorisation efficaces (pas de bruit alors que l'hotel était complet). Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité, réapprovisionné régulièrement, avec en bonus des crêpes servies a table avec le sourire.”
