"Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

Great location, less than 10 minute walk to two beautiful beaches and a short bus ride away from the city centre (the bus stop is right across the street from the hotel) They offer indoor parking for 10€ /day although there are some spots on the street. "This property was perfect for us, two adults with two under tens. We walked everywhere from the property. There was a well stocked small supermarket, panetiere, green grocers and butchers less than a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was a good size. A fan would have been helpful as it did get very warm, but we were used to the hot nights. If our children had been younger we would have requested a room fan. As long as you keep shutters down during direct sunlight it is possible to keep the room cool enough."
