“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. “Para la llegada fuera de horas te envían la información solo en francés, podrían añadir inglés también, igual que en las instrucciones sobre el apartamento que te dan solo francés. Son unos apartamentos muy básicos pero limpios y las zonas comunes ajardinadas estan muy bien. Si quieres secador, tostadora o algo que no sea básico lo tienes que pedir en recepción y te lo dan si hay disponibilidad. Todo lo demás muy bien, muy buenos apartamentos los recomiendo.”

“Le personnel est tres agréable, la localisation super. Par contre, la vmc ne semble pas etre efficace, ni nettoyée car on y voit plein de la moissisure. Odeur de rance. Dans les toilettes fortes odeurs. Les allergies sont ressorties. Eclairage trop faible dans la cuisine. On n'y voit rien le soir. Pour ma reservation "2 chambres 3 personnes", il y avait 1 seule chambre et le canapé convertible avec un matelas fin. ”

“No recomiendo este hotel. Para empezar, el personal de recepción no habla inglés y sigue hablando en francés aunque saben que no lo hablas. El servicio es pésimo. La habitación estaba sucia, la maleta estaba tirada en el suelo para que la tiraras a la basura, las sábanas olían mal y estaban secas, e incluso tenías que ponerlas tú mismo en la cama; no hicieron nada al respecto. Es como ir a casa de un familiar que no te quiere allí; eso es lo que te sentirás en este hotel que se autodenomina de 4……
