We booked an accessible room but no hand bars by the toilet. So it was not a fully accessible room. My husband had to use a rope over the top of the door then shut the door to be able to pull himself up off the toilet .

Very good access to city core. Parking is an extra $50 per night after cost plus tax plus tip. I thought a bit steep! If your idea of casual dress is a suit and tie you’ll fit right in

I really like the walking commute to places that are close from the hotel to places like the State Capitol or the museum. The hotel rooms were beautiful and real comfortable with everything in neat order especially after housekeeping.

Valet was horrible, took. Over an hour to get vehicle each time. App for valet didn’t work. Valet didn’t put parking slip in windshield in turn vehicle had a boot put on. Took 3 hours to get it off. Only positive was the manager provided free breakfast which was nice.
